Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they are not yet processed.
- Once preparation of sweets has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at support@cgbites.in with your order details.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- If you receive the wrong product.
- If the product is damaged in transit.
In such cases:
- You must raise the complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
- Supporting photo/video proof of the damaged or wrong product is required.
- Once verified, we will process either a replacement or a refund (as per your preference).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by courier/logistics partners beyond our control.
- Opened or partially consumed products.
Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
